Residents who registered already but were not selected will automatically be reregistered

A second — and hopefully more affordable — drop of tickets for the 2028 L.A. Olympics is coming in August.

The upcoming release will be for residents who did not register or were not selected in phase one.  Individuals who did not purchase the maximum 12 tickets will also be permitted to participate.

Registration is required and allocation is not guaranteed, officials say.

Anyone who previously registered but was not selected will automatically be reregistered.

In the first round last month, more than 4 million tickets were scooped up — with seats for some events selling above $500.  The new ticket drop is said to include inventory for all events at a variety of price points.

The Olympic Games return to Los Angeles in July 14 – 30, 2028.  Events will be held at venues across the city including the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, Sofi Stadium, Cypto.com Arena and Intuit Dome.

To register for tickets, visit the official LA28 website before July 22.
