Don’t be alarmed by the “Store Closing” signs at Keyboard Concepts on Wilshire Blvd. The piano store — a fixture on the corner of Centinela Avenue for decades — will be back. Kind of.
Showroom Administrator Hovig tells The Sun that the location will be undergoing a complete renovation before returning this summer.
“We expect to be closed for three months,” he revealed. After that time, the business will be rebranded as Faust Harrison Pianos. Faust Harrison currently operates nine locations in New York and California. It recently acquired the Keyboard Concepts stores in Santa Monica and Pasadena.
The company aims to retain its entire staff for the reopening.
To reduce inventory, Faust Harrison is offering discounts on pianos at all of its locations through April 26.
