Looks like California Pizza Kitchen will soon be exiting Santa Monica.Owners of the property at 210 Wilshire Boulevard appear to be looking for a new tenant, according to a real estate posting on Loopnet.
The 5245 square foot space is advertised as being available beginning March 1.
The “rarely available 2nd generation restaurant space” is “adjacent to top-tier co-tenants” and offers “proximity to a strong local demographic,” according to the listing.
The company has yet to comment publicly or confirm when it will close.
C.P.K., famous for its BBQ chicken pizza, operates 200 restaurants in the United States and 11 other countries.
The nearby location in Brentwood shuttered in October 2024.
