Just how hot is the Santa Monica real estate market?

The North of Montana home owned by Charlie’s Angels star Shelly Hack sold in July for a cool $11.4 million!

Hack and her husband, director Harry Winer, purchased the 4353 square foot, five bedroom, 4.5 bathroom craftsman near 12th Street and Georgina Avenue in 1988 for $1.6 million.

According to the Los Angeles Times, which first reported the sale, it was originally listed for $8.85 million.

The 99 year-old home sits on one half acre and includes a one bedroom guest house, a beautifully manicured lawn and a swimming pool.

It was on the market for only 16 days.

Per the official listing:

This secluded compound in Santa Monica features an inimitable two-story Craftsman nestled beyond tall hedges on a 23,190 square foot lot. This is a one-of-a-kind living opportunity amid one of the most coveted locales north of Montana.

Showcasing spectacular architectural design from coved ceilings, arched doorways and a conservatory, all thoughtfully restored over the years, the home features a bright, airy floor plan, flowing effortlessly outside via glass French doors to one of Santa Monica’s most extraordinary outdoor settings.

The home offers 5-bedrooms and 4.5-bathrooms, inclusive of a main floor bedroom and the second-level primary retreat with vaulted ceilings, seating area with fireplace and a spa-like bath. Outside, find an expansive deck, lush, manicured gardens with mature fruit trees, a beautiful pool, detached one-bedroom guest home, and a large rustic barn that offer a dream-worthy sanctuary to relax, entertain and revel in year-round California living.

Hack, 74, rose to fame in 1980 as sexy detective Tiffany Welles on Charlie’s Angels.

She replaced actress Kate Jackson (Sabrina Duncan), who, coincidentally, sold her two bedroom Santa Monica home on Stanford Street for $1.6 million in 2010.
