Call her Miley — just Miley.
The artist formerly known as Miley Cyrus is bringing her new one-name era –– and a whole new collection of music –– to the Hollywood Bowl.
The Grammy winner will headline two shows on Friday, Oct. 16 and Sunday, Oct. 18 in support of the upcoming album, Bass Persuades.
The gigs mark Miley’s first-ever appearances at the Bowl. Brooklyn art-rock provocateurs Model/Actriz are booked as the special guest both nights.
“The Hollywood Bowl is my favorite place to experience music and see my favorite artists,” the singer wrote in an Instagram post announcing the dates. “I’ve sat in those seats many times, but I’ve never taken the stage. L.A. is my heart and I’m bringing it home.”
While plenty of pop stars use a new record as an excuse for a 40-city merch-and-mayhem tour, these two Bowl dates are currently the only announced live shows connected to Bass Persuades.
Translation: Tickets could go fast.

Ticketing tricks & tips
Create or log into your Ticketmaster account before the sale, make sure your payment information is current and be in the virtual waiting room ahead of 10 a.m. Do not refresh once you are in the queue unless Ticketmaster tells you to — digital concert lines have a way of punishing impatience.
If Friday night gets wiped out fast, move quickly to Sunday’s Oct. 18 date. It is still Miley at the Bowl, even if it is a school night.
And after you score tickets, consider skipping the Hollywood parking nightmare. The Bowl advises guests to arrive at least 90 minutes early and offers Park & Ride and Bowl Shuttle service, along with public-transit options.
To recap, it Miley. No Cyrus. One Bowl. Two nights.
