Jonah Hill has left 90402.

The two time Oscar nominee quietly sold his 3,100 square foot colonial-style home on Adelaide Drive for $7.2 million last month.

He purchased the property in 2019 for a mere $6.7 million from socialite and singer-songwriter Jesse Jo Stark.

Per Dirt:

Nestled atop the rim of woodsy Santa Monica canyon, just a few blocks from the Palisades Bluffs, the home is tucked securely away from the street behind mature magnolia trees and gates. Inside, 3,100 square feet of living space includes a living room sporting a cozy wood-burning fireplace and built-ins, along with a snazzily updated kitchen outfitted with high-end Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. An adjacent breakfast nook shares space with a brick pizza oven, and there’s also a spacious den/study, along with a formal dining room boasting French doors that open to a bougainvillea-laced patio.

Situated in its own private wing on the main floor, the master retreat boasts a fireplace, as well as a luxe marble-clad bath replete with a chandelier, dual vanities, a soaking tub and standalone shower. Two additional bedrooms on the upper level share a balcony that spans nearly the entire length of the home.

The property — once owned by British actress Jean Simmons (The Thorn Birds, Guys & Dolls) — also features a private one bedroom guest home with its own indoor sauna!

Simmons died at the home 2010.  The following year, it was sold by her estate to Libet Johnson, heiress to the cosmetics empire of Johnson & Johnson.

Johnson sold the home to Stark in 2014 for $4.6 million according to property records.

Hill — the star of Moneyball and The Wolf of Wall Street — recently dropped $9 million on a Malibu Colony beach house.

His new neighbors include Sting, Rob Reiner and John McEnroe.
