Kamala Harris is getting a hand with her job search.
The former vice president has signed with Hollywood talent firm Creative Artists Agency. In a statement released today, CAA says it will “work closely with Harris on her post-White House initiatives, creating strategic opportunities that expand her platform in support of the issues she has championed throughout her decades-long career in public service.”
It is not uncommon for politicians to sign with talent agents after leaving office. It can be a crucial step in securing book deals, personal appearances and other high profile opportunities.
Other clients at CAA include former presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Obama.
