He’s a real school bully!
An angry transient lobbed F-bombs and N-words at parents dropping their children off in front of Roosevelt Elementary School Tuesday morning.
The expletive-dropping drifter was originally spotted sleeping on the school’s front steps around 7:30 a.m., witnesses said.
In video captured by Roosevelt dad Patrick Blanchet, the African American male can be seen repeatedly threatening: “Get out of my face, N—-r…I f–k you up!”
Santa Monica Police confirm a staff member from the school phoned dispatch at 8:10 a.m. asking for assistance removing an individual sleeping on the steps of the school.
“The caller wanted him moved along,” SMPD spokesperson Rudy Flores told to The Sun.
“Our officers made contact and spoke with the homeless male who agreed to leave. While he was gathering his belongings an unknown couple confronted the male which led to an argument.”

Roosevelt parent Anne Hamer arrived on the scene after most students had already entered the campus.
“I walked over and asked what was going on,” she told The Sun. “The parents were calm and simply requested him to move as he was on/close to a school. He was verbally belligerent, inappropriate and aggressive.”
Hamer said the individual can be heard on the video referring to her as a “bitch.”
“This is slowly and sadly becoming normal here and most people turn their heads and move on allowing this to continue,” she said.
Both Hamer and Blanchet were critical of the hands-off approach employed by Santa Monica Police.
“I told [the] school that they need to to something because SMPD is doing nothing but watching & protecting the crazy unpredictable guy to talk sh-t with everyone and show our kids where they live,” Blanchet said. “Careless Santa Monica.”
According to Flores, “If he had refused (to leave) and if school staff wanted to press charges for trespassing, he could have been arrested/cited.”
