The Highway to Hell will run straight through Pasadena, when legendary rock band AC/DC returns for one night at the iconic Rose Bowl.  The Power Up Tour marks the first time in nine years that Angus Young and company return to stages in North America.  The band’s current lineup includes Brian Johnson, Stevie Young, Matt Laug, and Chris Chaney.

AC/DC was formed in Sydney, Australia in 1973 and is best known for its rock anthems including “Back in Black,” “Thunderstruck” and “You Shook Me All Night Long.”

Lamar, 37, has earned 17 Grammy Awards and is considered one of the most influential hip-hop artists in history.  In 2018 he earned the Pulitzer Prize for Music.

Sza, 36, earned her first number one single for the 2023 hit, “Kill Bill”.

The pair collaborated on the 2018 hit “All the Stars”, which was nominated for a Golden Globe Award and an Academy Award.

The daughter of award-winning director J.J. Abrams, Gracie played three sold-out shows last fall at the iconic Greek Theater.  With the success of her most recent album, The Secret of Us, Gracie has now graduated to much larger venues.

Gracie made her recording debut in 2019 and has since emerged as one of the most compelling singer-songwriters of her generation, earning the highly coveted nomination for Best New Artist for the 66th Annual Grammy Awards. She earned her second Grammy nod for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance the following year.

Gracie began songwriting at the age of eight and has since developed a devoted following with fan favorites like “21,” “Feels Like,” and “I Know It Won’t Work.” In 2023, she released her debut album, Good Riddance, and subsequently opened for Taylor Swift‘s Eras Tour.

The Secret of Us, released in June 2024, debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 and featured the UK number-one single “I Love You, I’m Sorry.”

This marks their first live performances together since their split in 2009. The tour includes two highly anticipated concerts at the Rose Bowl Stadium.

The tour is also a celebration of Oasis’s monumental impact on music and culture. With anthems like “Wonderwall,” “Don’t Look Back in Anger,” and “Champagne Supernova,” the band helped define the Britpop era of the 1990s. Their music, known for its raw emotion, sing-along choruses, and timeless appeal, continues to resonate with fans across generations.  

In their live performances, Oasis not only pays homage to their storied past but also reignites the collective nostalgia and energy that characterized their original shows.
